Political Prepper

Cruz and DeSantis Steal Trump’s Thunder

Could this be true?

In new data which was compiled by Axios, they are now claiming that former President Donald Trump is losing the top position when it comes to online political discussions compared to three other top Republicans.

According to Axios, when it came average engagement generated on social media, Republicans Ted Cruz, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Ron DeSantis all beat out Donald Trump.

Ted Cruz had 2,300 average interactions. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has 1,700 average interactions and Gov. Ron DeSantis 5th had 1,200.

Axios is claiming that data indicates that Former President Donald Trump only had 1,000 average interactions.

The left leaning organization then claimed that Democrats Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Rashida Tlaib were currently more popular than Trump online.

While Trump is a long time away from the 2024 presidential election it could be possible that his popularity has died down as he gears up for a 3rd presidential campaign. Sadly for the left it looks like Republicans are still standing in solidarity with Trump.
