Democrats are done
In a move that was long overdue, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham erupted on the Democrats, more specifically Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., for attempting to change election legislation.
Graham held nothing back and stated that Schumer and the Democrats were the “most destructive group of people” he has ever seen in his lifetime.
In transcript provided by Fox, Graham stated, “They’re trying to make every Republican, no matter Tim Scott, Herschel Walker, be considered racist because we’re blocking a federal takeover of elections. Under our constitution, states are in charge of administering elections. This federal legislation we will defeat today would do away with most state-level voter ID laws. They’re trying to make it easier to cheat, not easier to vote…”
Graham then said, “And Senator Schumer, I think, has taken a wrecking ball to the United States Senate during his time, and will go down in history as one of the most destructive senators in the history of the body, unfortunately.”
Graham isn’t wrong, Democrats are going to never before seen lengths to change the voting laws in America. They are using every tactic in the book from accusing the GOP of racism to insulting the intelligence of the American people by suggesting they are “too stupid” to vote with simple requirements like an ID.
Democrats Abandon Ocasio-Cortez
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has regularly made headlines for her overtly socialist ideology and has been applauded by the left many times. She became the leader of “The Squad” which contains other far-left liberals such as Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Ayanna Pressley who strongly influence President Biden.
Some liberals even predict that Ocasio-Cortez could soon be Speaker of the House and has often faced off with Nancy Pelosi.
Now, it appears that some in the mainstream media have had enough of Ocasio-Cortez and her socialist takeover of Congress.
MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch sounded the alarm and is warning Democrats that if they let Ocasio-Cortez gain too much power in the House it could be “suicide” for their party.
In transcript provided by Breitbart, MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough said he has heard a lot of liberals voted for Biden out of desperation to get Trump out of office but they worry that Democrats have become too “progressive” and “wildly out of step with mainstream America.”
Deutsch responded, “I live on the Upper East Side, Manhattan — it could not be more navy blue — and this is what I am hearing. By the way, they were Bill Clinton voters. They were Barack Obama voters. They weren’t Joe Biden — they were anti-Trump voters, all right? And Joe Biden does not have the hearts and minds of this country. And the other Democrats that we’ve seen being paraded for the AOCs of the world or the far left are suicide for the Democrats. So, the Democrats better get some new faces, and the Democrats better figure out that this world lives just right of center or on a good year, just left of the center, and it’s this the socialist kind of pulling all the way to the left is a disaster. And we are staring at a democracy in peril.“
Deutsch added, “If we don’t get this right in 2024, it ain’t ever going to be right. You should be sounding the alarm bells of what’s going on now.”
