This is unprecidented!
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has just taken our rights as Americans and announced that New York City residents and visitors will be forced to show their proof of vaccination if they want to go to indoor dining, gyms, and shows!
This certainly wouldn’t have happened if Donald Trump was in office. Sadly, President Joe Biden is probably applauding the actions of de Blasio.
According to Fox Business, de Blasio said the proof of vaccination card will be called the “Key to NYC Pass.”
De Blasio went on to say, “This is a miraculous place, literally filled with wonders. If you’re vaccinated, that’s gonna open up to you, you can open the door. If you’re unvaccinated you will not be able to participate in many things. It’s time for people to see vaccination as necessary to living a good, full, and healthy life.”
Enforcement of this new rule will start on September 13th.
“We’re now at this point that we’ve dreamed of, and we’re going to go even farther with a smart mix of incentives and mandates,” de Blasio added. “We’re going to use every tool we’ve got to fight the delta variant and end the COVID era once and for all.”
