BREAKING: Biden Slapped With Lawsuit

He’s in for a big surprise.

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has sued President Joe Biden after he decided to cancel the 4th of July fireworks celebration at Mount Rushmore over “health and safety risks” due to the coronavirus.

According to Trending Politics, Noem stated, “Mount Rushmore is the very best place to celebrate America’s birthday and all that makes our country special. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration cancelled our Mount Rushmore Fireworks Celebration. So we’re suing them to get the fireworks back.

Governor Noem’s office released the following statement against Biden, “After telling us they’d ‘circle back,’ the Biden administration has not responded to our request to uphold the Memorandum of Agreement between the State of South Dakota and the National Parks Service (NPS) to host a safe and responsible national celebration and fireworks show. Unfortunately, the new administration departed from precedent and reneged on this agreement without any meaningful explanation.”

This isn’t the first time Biden has targeted 4th of July celebrations, back in March Biden said, “If we do all this, if we do our part, if we do this together, by July the 4th, there’s a good chance you, your families, and friends will be able to get together in your backyard or in your neighborhood and have a cookout and a barbeque and celebrate Independence Day. That doesn’t mean large events with lots of people together, but it does mean small groups will be able to get together.”
