Did Bush make a mistake?
In a controversial move, Former President George W. Bush decided to release a video to his twitter asking the country to put partisanship aside and come together in this time of crisis.

Many Conservatives including Fox News didn’t take kindly to former President Bush’s video and asked why he didn’t release any videos like this when the Democrats were trying to impeach President Trump.
According to the Gateway Pundit, Fox’s Pete Hegseth decided to ask that very same question. “The Bush Presidential Library sharing this video as part of the Call to Unite Benefit Livestream. And those are your headlines. Good message guys but I said it before and I’ll say it again, I wish the former president would have said something when there was an investigation into a sitting president when an impeachment was going on and talk about maybe put partisanship aside then. Not a whole lot then but at least we got this now,” Hegseth stated.
Then President Trump jumped in and gave his opinion on the matter as well.
.@PeteHegseth “Oh bye the way, I appreciate the message from former President Bush, but where was he during Impeachment calling for putting partisanship aside.” @foxandfriends He was nowhere to be found in speaking up against the greatest Hoax in American history!

Was Bush right for calling upon partisanship when he seemingly sat by and watched the Democrats try and impeach him? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below…
