The White House is on high alert.
New information has just surfaced that Vice President Mike Pence was exposed to the coronavirus after one of his staffers tested positive.
According to The Hill, “This evening we were notified that a member of the Office of the Vice President tested positive for the Coronavirus,” Pence’s press secretary, Katie Miller wrote.
“Neither President Trump nor Vice President Pence had close contact with the individual. Further contact tracing is being conducted in accordance with CDC guidelines,” she added.
Currently almost 17,000 Americans have been infected to the virus and over 200 have died.
